This Spring / Summer 1983 Yves Saint Laurent two piece outfit includes a skirt and a shirt that is cut like a jacket with front pockets. We have styled it belted at the waist in the second photo (belt not included), but this gorgeous two piece ensemble can be worn with the top tucked in, worn loose, or both pieces worn separately! The possibilities are endless.

The shirt is oversized with gathered puff sleeves and buttons up the front. The skirt has the signature YSL top stitching above the pleating below the fitted waist and a side zipper.

The woman who originally owned this ensemble wore the top like a jacket and wanted it to be oversized and she wore it open with a camisole underneath. You can also belt the outfit with the jacket buttoned. This khaki olive green 2 piece heavy cotton suit is such a great way to incorporate vintage into a modern wardrobe!

Labeled Saint Laurent Rive Gauche, Made in France - as well as I Magnin label.

The top fits up to size large, and the skirt fits medium. The top was originally worn oversized.
